How do I schedule an appointment?

You can call, email, or fill out the contact form on my website to schedule a session. I also offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit.

 

What can I expect in my first session?

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel both exciting and a little nerve-wracking. Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, and discuss your goals.

There’s no pressure to share everything all at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll start building a path toward healing and growth.

 

Do you take insurance?

I accept select insurance plans and encourage you to check with your insurance provider to understand your mental health benefits. Additionally, I am an Out-of-Network provider for all PPO plans. Many insurance companies offer partial reimbursement for therapy services received outside their network. I recommend reaching out to your insurance carrier to verify your out-of-network benefits and coverage options.

 

How much do you charge?  What form of payment do you accept?

Therapy is a meaningful investment in your well-being, and I strive to make services as accessible as possible. I understand that financial considerations can sometimes be a barrier to care, and I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on need. Please feel free to reach out for more information or to discuss available options.

I accept cash, Venmo, and all major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
